If for any reason within 30 days of purchase you are unhappy about the used Toughbook, we will refund the price paid (not the freight charge). You will need to contact us to indicate you wish to return it.
Once authorised to do so, ship the laptop or notebook computer back at your cost. You must ensure that it is securely and safely packaged and no damage ensues.
On receipt of the Toughbook, we will issue refund subject to it being as delivered.
